CROSSFIT

Known as Muay Thai, Thai Boxing, or the “art of eight limbs,” The art of Muay Thai uses our body’s eight natural “weapons” (two hands, two elbows, two knees, and two feet) in conjunction with one another to deliver fast, fluid, and devastating combinations. Muay Thai emphasizes speed, power, and cardiovascular endurance. Its dynamic movements will challenge both your body and your mind.

Olympic Weightlifting consists of three contested lifts: the Snatch, the Clean, and the Jerk. These core lifts, along with a handful of skill specific accessory movements will help you develop a phenomenal increases in your overall strength and power. FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS

The martial arts of the Philippines go by many names: Arnis, Eskrima, Kali, Panantukan, and Pangamut, among others. Our classes cover both traditional weapons as well as empty hand movements. We place a strong emphasis on speed, coordination, agility, and balance, in addition to perception, awareness, and high-speed, high-intensity decision making. Training in the martial arts of the Philippines is a discipline that demands a perfect balance of mental and physical conditioning.
